DELIVERY

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number to track its progress online. If you are a registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account, selecting My Account and then Orders.
Our shipping partners, DELHIVERY/FEDEX/SHIPROCKET/TIRUPATI/ECOM XPRESS/DTDC, will call you to confirm a preferred time to you for pickup or drop off a package.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for all orders within India. To be notified by email, simply sign up to our newsletter on the homepage. International orders are charged shipping as per order value slab, and these are displayed on the shipping page/checkout page while completing your order.

FAILED DELIVERY

As a small business, we request and appreciate all customers to opt for CoD mindfully and to receive their order which has been shipped by us with love.

Undeliverable/undelivered orders are sent back to our warehouse along with the reason as stated by our shipping partner. This is confirmed with the customer after which the order is either cancelled or re-attempted for delivery.

Please note, we allow up to 1 repeat orders/re-attempts for both undelivered prepaid orders as well as undelivered CoD orders.

CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS

We accept Cash on Delivery and this may be subject to a charge.

As a small business, we request and appreciate all customers to opt for CoD mindfully and to receive their order which has been shipped by us with love.

RETURNS

Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 5 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. We will collect from your home, work or an alternative address for free. However, If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all AFTER DARK garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Should you need to return your purchase, you have 5 days from purchasing your order to arrange your exchange or return, book your complimentary collection and send your items back to us.

Please follow the steps below to return your purchase.

Write to us at customercare@afterdark.co.in with the following specifications;

1. Subject line: Order Id & Name of Product to be returned

2. State the reason for return; additional feedback will be much appreciated!

That’s it! Lay back and let us do the rest!

 

Store credit codes will be issued of the return value, once the garments are received back at our studio and have passed required quality checks. You can then place a fresh order using the store credit within 30 days/1 month of receiving this code. 

 Note* : There are no charges associated with returns.

We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. Your package will be picked up by our logistics partner. Please do not send your purchase back to After Dark yourself. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We charge a base shipping charge of Rs 5000 for all international orders. There may be additional charges to this base charge depending on the size/weight/value of order and delivery country/zip code.

For customs clearance and any charges related to that, we advise you to check with your local authorities before placing the order.

All international orders are one time fulfilment orders. We do not accept exchanges or returns.

RECEIVING A REFUND

A bank refund is done only in case a product ordered is not available in stock and you don't wish to choose an alternate. Refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your AFTER DARK account. 

A 2% convenience charge may be deducted from the total refund amount.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet despite the confirmation e-mail from us, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@afterdark.co.in.

OUR POLICY

All items must be returned new, unused and with AFTER DARK tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Repeated Returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your AFTER DARK account.

Late Returns

Your purchase should be sent back to us within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period shall not be accepted under any circumstance.

Clothing

Please take care while trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with AFTER DARK tags still attached.

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on www.AFTERDARK.CO.IN as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be completely accurate.

Custom Orders

Orders placed as custom orders have the flexibility of changing designs ad mixing up colours, embroideries and fabric type along with silhouettes - all depending on availability which is confirmed by the design team beforehand.  Pease note, all custom orders should be of minimum value Rs 10,999/- , should be 100% prepaid and are non-exchangeable/returnable. We do allow 1 round of alteration is fit is an issue. 

Sale Clearance

Products marked as ‘Sale’ or 'Clearance' cannot be returned or exchanged.

WEDDING & TROUSSEAU SHOP RETURNS

In addition to our standard 5 day returns policy, we offer an extended Bridal Shop returns policy to make life easier for brides shopping with us. Orders placed from the website or bought at the store in Delhi can be returned only for alterations/exchanges for additional 5 days. All products must be returned in a new and unused condition with AFTER DARK tags still attached.

This policy does not apply to custom orders.

Privacy Statement

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?

DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
