Sometimes things don’t quite work out. We understand and in the unfortunate circumstance that you need to initiate a return, we’re here to make it easy. All unworn, unaltered clothing with tags still attached can returned within 5 days of delivery, no questions asked.
Please follow the steps below to return your purchase.
Write to us at email@example.com with the following specifications;
1. Subject line: Order Id & Name of Product to be returned
2. State the reason for return; additional feedback will be much appreciated!
3. Specify the product you would like in exchange
4. In case you need more time, you can opt for store credit which is valid for 1 month. Or simply ask for a bank refund for prepaid orders.

Note* : There are no charges associated with exchanges & returns.
We charge a base shipping charge of Rs 5000 for all international orders. There may be additional charges to this base charge depending on the size/weight/value of order and delivery country/zip code.
For customs clearance and any charges related to that, we advise you to check with your local authorities before placing the order.
All international orders are one time fulfilment orders. We do not accept exchanges or returns.
